This is another simple food with a simple recipe but of very high nutrient.
INGREDIENT
• Conflakes
• Sugar
• Ice Cube
• Milk
• Chocolate Syrup
• Vanilla Essence
MEASUREMENT
• Cornflakes - 50g
• Sugar - 2tsp
• Ice Cube - 2
• Milk - 200 ml
• Chocolate Syrup – 2tsp
• Vanilla Essence - 5 drops
You can melts your own chocolate and use in place of the chocolate syrup.
EQUIPMENT
• Fruit Blender
• Drinking Cups
STEPS OF PREPARATION
• Put your Cornflakes into the Prepared Blender.
• Add your Sugar
• Add ur chocolate/ ur chocolates syrup
• Add your Ice Cubes
• Add ur Vanilla Essence
• Add your Milk
• Then cover them and Blend.
• Pour it into a Drinking Cup, *garnish it with the Melted Chocolate or chocolate Syrup and some Crushed Cornflakes and serve.*
You can twist the procedures to suit your available resources. Thus if you don’t have the already prepared Chocolate syrup, then cut your chocolate into pieces and add in the process and melt some of the chocolate to use to garnish it after.
