  CORNFLAKES MILKSHAKE

A milkshake, or as called by many simply shake, is a drink that is usually made by blending milk, ice cream, natural fruit and flavorings or sweeteners. There are many of them depending on the nutritional focus of the drink you want to make for yourself. We are looking at Corn flake shake. Corn flake shake is a refreshing milkshake for a quick breakfast or treat. Corn flakes are actually the most popular breakfast cereal which is generally served either with cold or hot milk and sugar. The major ingredients of corn flakes include milled corn, sugar, iron, high fructose corn syrup and vitamins ( A,B,C, D and E). It is rich in thiamine, which is good for carbohydrate metabolism, and energy production and cognitive functions. 


You may wondering whether it can be consumed in the evening. Yes, it has positive effect on Performance. Consuming a protein shake at night may improve athletic performance. Research is discovering ways to regulate muscle protein metabolism during sleep by consuming protein before bed. According to studies, protein supplementation before sleep further enhances muscle growth and strength. 

Now let a have a try on this simple Milk shake recipe. 

INGREDIENT
·         Cornflakes
·         Sugar
·         Chocolate Syrup
·         Ice Cube
·         Milk
·         Crushed Cornflakes

MEASUREMENT
·         Cornflake       - 4
·         Sugar           - 2tsp
·         Chocolate Syrup   - 1 ½   tbsp
·         Ice Cube       - 2
·         Milk              - 200 ml
·         Crushed Corn – 2 tsp



EQUIPMENT
·         Fruit Blender
·         Drinking Cups





STEPS OF PREPARATION
·         Put your Cornflakes into the Prepared Blender.
·         Add your Sugar
·         Add your Chocolate syrup
·         Add your Ice Cubes
·         Add Vanilla Essence 5 drops
·         Add your Milk
·         Then cover them and Blend.
·         Pour it into a Drinking Cup, garnish it with the chocolate syrup and some crushed cornflake of your choice and serve.
